🙏🙏Ek Ong Kaar , Sat Naam , 
               Kartaa Purakh , Nirbha-o, Nirvair, 
               Akaal Moorat, Ajoonee, Saibhan, GUR Parsaad.

🌹One Universal Creator GOD,  The Name is Truth,
         Creative Being Personified, No Fear, No Hatred,
         Image of the Undying,  Beyond Birth, Self-Existent, By GURU'S GRACE. 

🙏🙏Sir Mastak Rakhyaa PAARBRAHM, 
                Hast Kaayaa  Rakhyaa PARMAYSVAREH .
🌹The Supreme LORD GOD has procedures my head and forehead,
        The Transcendent LORD has protected my hands and body. 

🙏🙏Atam Rakhyaa GOPAL Suaamee,
               Dhan Charan Rakhyaa JAGDEESVAREH.
🌹     GOD, my LORD and MASTER, has saved my soul.
     The LORD of the Universe has saved my wealth and feet.

               Bhay Dookh Binaasneh.
🌹The merciful GURU has protected everything and destroyed my fear and suffering.

🌹GOD is the lover of HIS devotees, the MASTER of the masterless. NANAK has entered the Sanctuary of the Imperishable Primal LORD GOD.

          👏🏻ताती वाउ न लगई,  पारब्रहम सरणाई .
🌹The hot  wind does not even touch one who is under the Protection of   the Supreme LORD GOD.

     🙏Chao-girrd Hamare RAM Ka, Dukh Lagay Naa Bhai.
          👏🏻चउगिरद हमारै राम  कार, दुखु लगै न भाई.
🌹On all four sides I am surrounded by the LORD's Circle of Protection , pain does not afflict me, O SIBLING of Destiny.

     🙏SATGUR Poora Bheteya, Jinn Banat Banaaee. 
          👏🏻सतिगुरु पूरा भेटिआ,  जिनि बणत बणाई.
🌹I have met the Perfect TRUE GURU, who has done this deed.

     🙏RAM Naam Ou Khudd Diyaa, Ekaa  Liv Laaee.  
          👏🏻राम नामु अउखधु  दीआ, एका लिव लाई
🌹HE has given me the medicine (aushadhi) of the LORD's Name, and I enshrine love for the One LORD.

     🙏Raakh Liye Tinn  Rakhanhaar, Sab Biaabh Mittaaee.  
          👏🏻राखि लीए तिनि  रखनहारि,  सभ बिआधि मिटाई.
🌹The Savior LORD has saved me, and eradicated all my sickness (vyaadhi)

     🙏Kaho NANAK Kirpa Bhaee, PRABH Bhaee Sahaaee.
          👏🏻कहु नानक किरपा  भई, प्रभ भए सहाई.
🌹Says NANAK, GOD has showered me with HIS Mercy. HE has become my help and support.

🙏🙏GUR Ka SHABAD Rakhwaaray.
🌹The Word of the GURU's SHABAD is my  Saving Grace. 
  
🙏🙏Chowki Chao-girrd Hamaaray.
🌹It is a guardian posted on all four sides around me. 

🙏🙏RAM Naam Man Laaga.
🌹My mind is attached to the LORD'S Name.

🙏🙏Jam Lajaaye Kar Bhaagaa.
🌹The Messenger of Death has run away in shame. 

🙏🙏Aukhee Gharhee Na Daykhan Dayee,
           Apnaa Birad Samaalay.
 🌹HE does not let his devotees see the difficult times.This is HIS innate  nature. 
🙏🙏Haath Dayay
           Raakhay Apnay Kao, Saas Saas Partipaalay. 
🌹Giving HIS hand, HE protects HIS devotee with each and every breath. HE cherishes him
